We've recently moved into a new house ever since our pets keep dying from something unexplainable. My sister also feels that we are not welcome in this house. Can this house be cursed ?

IF these are paranormal situations,it's not going to be from a "curse", but rather from an active entity. Can you go into more detail on why your sister feels you are not welcome there? Keep looking for natural explanations as well.
