    Just saying sorry to a guy.. Wanting to send an email. Trying to figure out the first couple of sentences.Long story short I made this guy feel uncomfortable..

    Uncomfortable about what?

    "You know how much I value our friendship, so you can only imagine how sorry I am that..." or "I have no excuse. All I can say is that I'm sorry..."

    Keep it short with a simple, honest apology.
