Why isn't the hot water supply to my shower hot?
I wonder if anyone can help suggest what/where the problem might be? I get luke warm water from my thermostatic mixer bar shower in the top floor bathroom, but the sink next to it I have no problems with, water is hot within a minute. I (had help and watched!) followed instructions to readjust the settings and clear out the valve/cartridge which did nothing. It then emerged that the water from the hot water source was luke warm, but the pressure is fine. I don't know what to do about this, can anyone suggest what to look at?

I am having the same problem. I have replaced the distribution stem and still have hot water dribbling to the faucet and shower. Any ideas besides crud in the line?
Have 2 handle kitchen faucet, cartridge stems. Hot water dripping from faucet even if hot water supply turned off. Volume of water dripping increasing over time. Changed o-ring, didn't help. Not sure if I need new hot water cartridge stem or hot water supply valve, or both.

I have no water pressure in my new shower. I have a new hot water heater, new shower fixture, new plumbing. Please tell me what the problem is.
