    Paying before the grace period ends
    Payment due date is 1st but always pay by the grace period of day 15. By the fifth day Suntrust is calling several times in 24 hours. Is this harassment?

    No. The payment is due the first. You are late when you pay during the grace period and these late payments will also show on your credit report.
