The background:
Ever since I was young I remember strange things happening and was told I talked to people who weren't there as a young child and even on occasion relayed facts that I shouldn't have known(as the story was told to me as an adult)
My old apartment 3 years ago: When I first moved in I had a glass candle fall off a table which landed about a foot from the table then shattered. After that I started noticing a shadow figure about 6' tall out of the corner of my eye who would just stand at the end of the couch but didn't seem to affect me other than the feeling of being watched. Well I decided to do a sage smudging and ended up having a mental breakdown during the smudge. It was a sense of hopelessness and eternal sadness but didn't feel like it belonged to me personally. Needless to say I was evicted for a seemingly weird reason a month later.(not that they're related)
My new house:
Since I moved here I've had chronic insomnia and a constant negative mood and see unexplainable lights on the walls at night, I've lost quite a bit of glassware to cracks when there were none when put away and I've resorted to covering any glass which reflect into my field of vision within the house because "things" move in the reflections in my peripheral vision. I don't have any feelings of "bad vibes" but it's playing a heavy mental toll none the less. I don't feel like moving again will change anything but I'm having a hard time dealing with this. What are my options to protect myself?

Addition: Sometimes it feels like an animal is walking around on my bed at night and the occasional shadow runs across the window by the front door when I'm entering the house like someone is inside. I just ran across Ama Nazra's Michael invocation and started doing that. Any other suggestions are appreciated as I don't feel "safe" here now.

I don't know much but maybe you should consider having a white witch in to cleanse your home? You can find one in your local area because I had a death ticking spider in my home once and when the witch did this it went away?
