    I'm fit for work. My manager still says no
    Had assessment by doctor's and occupational health and I am fit for work. My managers still refuse to let me back to work, saying that there is a business reason why I cannot return. Are they right to do this?

    Hello a:

    I don't know if they're "right". All I know is that they have the authority to do it.. Did you ask them what the business decision is?
