Fan keeps running - programmable thermostat out?
I have a programmable thermostat. I have tried to program it to shut the fan off but it won't. It allows me to choose On or Auto If I choose Auto, Circulate option remains on. It's 14 outside and I woke up to the house temp at 55 this morning. Could the programmable thermostat be out and causing the fan to remain on? I bought a new thermostat to install this afternoon.
