My son and sister lied to the judge had me committed to a clinic in that clinic the nurses was giving a detox med and also narcotics with is not good in there the say was men employees having sexual acts with the patients nurse was made cause I was still yelling my rights ask her what was in the suringes and the side effects she would not tell me the told the men techs to take me down the face slammed me into a thin cot on floor one man ripped off my shorts hospital administration said I can't have my medical file it was closed the judge said I have no rights at all how can I get this over and done with they I refuse to take the outpatient therapy and now want to send me to mental ward for yr how can I get this over turned

I'm wondering how you are posting this if you have been institutionalized. But in any case, you need an attorney. You need an advocate who can have you examined by independent physicians to determine if the relatives did, in fact lie and if you were, in fact mistreated.

Clearly, the evidence presented convinced a judge. So you need to present evidence to disprove the evidence previously presented.
