    I am receiving part time disability and am able to work a little but am paying a huge
    Amount of child support and want to pay something but honestly cannot pay the amount I am. Does anyone have experience with this. Not a dead beat dad.

    Have you already gone back to the court or agency that issued the order and asked that it be modified based on your new income?

    Agreed. Was the support you are now paying based on current income or past income. Is the amount you are paying now, just current or is it for past support

    But when income changes you go back to court to get your payment adjusted
