Migraine headaches -- help!
I have had migraines for 15 yrs and no med insurance. Had a good migraine coming on since 5 pm. I take fiorcet for it and clonazapam for anxiety. Even took tylenol and its getting worse. Took a warm bath, I can't get it to stop. I need suggestions. I'm on Iowa care and on a waiting list for a yr to even get in. My head feels like its going to pop and very nautious. What should I do? I am 30 and have suffered from Migraine headaches since I was about 10. They became much more frequent in my mid to late 20s but they are finally starting to become less frequent. I wanted to know when is the age when most people finally outgrow them? Any tips on preventing them?
