    I came to usa with a visa type B1/B2 in February 2010 ,do I need itin?

    It was $300 FOR EVERY 2 WEEKS SO I HAD $1800

    Under the law, the $1,800 is taxable income as self-employment income. You will owe NO income taxes at either the federal or state level, but you owe self-employment taxes (about $250).

    You can submit Forms 1040 and 1040NR for a dual-status return, along with Schedule C and SE, plus the Form W-7 to get an ITIN.
