    Do you need a physical exam to fly out of Ghana
    I found the most beautiful woman in the world online.we have been chatting and emailing each other for about a year.I have seen her on her web cam and she has seen me .we have fallen in love online if you can believe that.she wanted to come to the states to be with me.she saved her money and I said when the time comes I will help with air fare.we had everything ready to go.she got her own passport and visa.she went to the airport to get her ticket and they told her she needed a physical exam before she could get the ticket and it would cost her $395.is she telling me the truth or is she scamming me for more money?
