Why does my power point not work but I can still read full voltage?
Why does my power point not work but I can still read full voltage? Other points before it on the same breaker are active but nothing after and I've tried replacing the point but no good. Any ideas? Thanks

How/where are you reading full voltage?
    Could be an open neutral.

Are you located in the UK?

Was an open neutral at the last active point. Was reading 250v (standard in Australia) at the inactive points because the neutral was still partially connected. Problem solved
