My blood urea Nitrogen 69.1 Blood Urea 148 Serum Creatinine 5.6 mg
All other things are normal including Blood sugar and Blood Pressure.
Please advise.

For reducing urea, take 2 bangalore tomato juice after boiling remove skin of tomato, make it juice, filter and take plus one small glass water for three times. For creatinine, do pranayama (nadi suddi), take breath in and make Omkaram sound for seven times, take breath in hold initially 30 seconds and breath out for ten times, take only 5 gms salt, do sun bathing morning for 30 minutes, do brisk walking for 30 minutes both morning and evening, take vegetables maximum less rice (one cup only) vegetables to be boiled and pour away the water and then use it. At least every day 108 times chant this sloga "OM NAMO BAGAVATHEI VASUDEVAYA, DUNVANDWARYAI AMRUTHAKALASAHASTHAYA, SURVAMAYA NASANAYA, THRILOKYANATHAYA SRIMAHAVISHNAVE NAMAHA" and then always murmuring Om Namo Narayanaya, see changes very shortly. Do not take fruits or juices of any kind. Chapathi without oil can take. In curry no oil and very little salt is to be added.
If possible, by practice, do breathing for about 45 minutes morning and evening and try habit of taking one time meal.
