Why do I have such lower back pain and how can I treat it?
Since about a month ago, I started having lower back pain when I sit down at the computer in my computer chair. The pain wasn't too bad and I thought that if I just tough it out, it would go away on its own. A few days ago, the pain got worse. I asked my boyfriend what he thought (He's not a doctor or anything, I just wanted a opinion.) He suggested that maybe I pulled something or I need a new mattress. This morning when I woke up, my back hurt so bad, it was difficult to get out of bed. Does anyone know what could've caused such intense lower back pain and how to get rid of it?
