    Most divorce, at lest in the US, has no requirement of any proof of cheating. If you feel you need to, you can submit her Facebook page as evidence and see if the court will accept.

    You have to prove adultery - I doubt that what could be seen as bragging or something else would be accepted as grounds.

    - Not in NY. BUT postings on Facebook CAN be used as cruel and inhuman grounds - if that is allowed in your State.
