Proper thermostat for a gas-fired boiler - crane 20 model.
I have a white-rodgers 1e30w609 .1 a 750mv thermostat to control my crane 20 natural gas boiler. However, there are 3 Honeywell controller fastnened to the water pipes. I was told that 1 controls the high temp (set at 170F), 1 controls the low temp (set at 140F) and 1 controls the water pump (set at 100F). Am I using the correct thermostat for this application since it appears that the boiler turns one and off irrespective of setting of thermostat.

Good afternoon! I have a Federal gas fired boiler, model number GSFA17, rated at 175000 BTU. It is used for heating purposes only. It is supposed to heat 3 floors. The thermostat is located on the 2nd of the 3. There are 4 rooms on the 3rd floor and 2 have not gotten heat in my time living here...
