Pretty simple really. There's this guy from my karate class who I felt quite attracted to, hadn't spoken to him a lot, once or twice. I seriously have no idea why I like him and need some answers. Someone told me we find someone physically attractive and then mold them into the perfect guy. Could this be why?

I feel the same way when I look at Sean Connery and Johnny Mathis and a certain library patron named Larry. Especially if you are a visual person, someone's appearance and body language and facial expressions may call to you. My examples are out of my range, but there's only one way to find out if your mystery person and you can emotionally connect. You know what that way is, don't you?

Attractions only start the ball rolling. As you get to know someone is when you decide what comes next, and some people will not take kindly to molding them to be what YOU want. That's nearly always a big fight and useless.

That's what talking, and dating are about, having fun getting to know someone to see if the attraction will last, or NOT! And be very careful about giving your heart to a stranger, that's a sure way to get hurt. So at least just say hi, and see where it goes, and its possible it will go no where, or maybe where you don't want it to go.

So find out if all this attraction is even worth the risk, by finding out something about the stranger that you are attracted to. How old is he?

Takes time to know if attraction is love, crush, or just lust, or if you can even get along over time.
