There are nanny services in your area that you could contact and inquire about if they offer any such type of service. I would imagine some of them would know of women they have employed who might be able to assist you in such a way.

Another option might be to look into parenting classes offered in your area. Sometimes schools offer parent workshops, the local health department might have some listings, the local Y or churches might also be resources. Family counseling offices would be another place to consider asking about any classes in the area.

What about any friends, coworkers, or family members that you feel have it figured out? They might be able to give you some support and suggestions as to what they have found worked for them.
