I am sai doing BE Mech and pursuing final year now . I want a job in design related to CATIA I had registered in all job sites but one thing is sure in mechanical that our growth starts with an experience of 3 years then how a person like me can get inside a company as a fresher, salary is not a matter for me but I have to start my career in a field of design And also tell me which subjects in mechanical I have to concentrate to grab a job in designing

The issue is that many companies are not "searching" they have so many people coming to them. And that is what you need to do, research firms and positions that you would like to work at, and contact those companies directly also
