I'm the custodial parent, which I wasn't married when my child was conceive. The child's father & I don't have a court order visitation.I voluntarily let him get her but he refuses to return her back to me. I live in the state of Fl so please tell me what I can do. Your help will be greatly appreciate. Thank you.
