I had a depo shot once but am I pregnant now?

Hi , I had my daughter May 24 , 2011 . And I got the Depo shot on the 26 of May, I was due to go back in August and November but I didn't. I had my normal peroid every month but in December 2011 I missed it , am I pregnant should I be concern.
