    If a person Underwent Open Heart surgery in long time back I.e in 1991, is this cover
    If a person Underwent Open Heart surgery in long time back I.e in 1991, is this covered under pre existing diseases with health insurance policies?

    Each insurance company is different. It doesn't hurt to ask and you can't really hide something like that.
