My hair is naturally curly and is cut in a bob (A line), I dyed my hair dark brown and it came out black. I then tried to lighten it only to find that my roots lighten and the black stayed. I then tried to add highlights to lighten the black and now my roots are basically light brown to orange. Should I use colorzap or Color oops to correct this?

Go to a salon or else your going to fry your hair off. They can fix it for u... All those chemicals your wanting to do to fix it is probably doing more damage than just going to a salon :) good luck
