Hello,my Name is Brigitte I was born in Germany 1943
I was left with an ugly Scar on my left side of my Face.
I wish I had a penny,for all the Tears I shed,embarrassment that I hardly could endure.
I just don't know what to say.A Lifetime of self hate and you name it.

Have you spoken to a plastic surgeon? They can sometimes remove a scar by making a new incision and it now comes out clean. Just a thin line. You might ask about it.

A plastic Surgeon. I have a very limited SSI Income.

I'm so sorry to hear you allowed a scar to affect your life so much. How did you get it?

Self worth comes from within, I had one entire side of my face and forehead scared bad. About 700 or so stitches in my forehead alone. I lost 1/2 of one eye lid, Yes it is hard at times, But at the end of the day beauty still comes from within.

Looks are different from all kinds of people.

I think that you shouldn't look at the scar as ugly, you should look at it thinking it is unique. You have a story to tell people, you shouldn't be ashamed or have low self esteem because of it. When you walk around you should be more confident! Hope this helps, and please! Really think about it:)
