    How can I find my adopted brother philippines?
    Hi my Name is Francis Angelo.. And I'm looking for my adopted brother I think he' a 17 years old now my mom said the last name of people who adopted him is Ilao and They live in Losbanos Laguna By the way the name of my brother is John Paulo Ilao If you know him please add me in Facebook.. <removed>...     We cannot help you search for a minor. You need to wait until he is 18 and then try reunion websites.
