If anything masturbating to a climax should make her period easier - fewer cramps. I know I've read that as a fact (because it relaxes the muscles - and the person) and I'm sure there is date available if you Google search. If her periods are so difficult that she has a heavy flow, vomiting and is unable to walk she needs to see a Physician.
Masturbation has nothing to do with her ability to get pregnant.
I would suggest that both of you either get some books or do some research on the Internet so that she has a better understanding about how her body - and pregnancy - "work."
How is she masturbating? Is she being very rough, using an object, something else?

She doesn't use an objects just rubbing till she *** or something and she feeling relax after masturbating but but while her period she suffer really. If she haven't done masturbating her period came easily without any pain , that's why we know the reason of her pain is masturbating

Then she needs to see a Physician - what she is experiencing is contrary to everything I've researched.

You have to separate religious beliefs and medical problems. I would guess that you object to masturbation for religious reasons?

There is NO link between masturbation and a painful period unless she's using something dangerous to masturbate with.
If she has painful periods, painful enough to make it hard to walk, even occasionally, she NEEDS to see her doctor. There is something medically going on that needs to be addressed, and it could be life-threatening.

Merrr, whether she mentions masturbation or not, she needs to see a doctor.
We cannot diagnose her problems and we certainly can't give her any cures. Only a doctor who can ask her questions directly, perform an examination and run tests can give her the help she needs.

Thank you all for your answer but in my opinion because her pain go away if she haven't masturbate so I told her to stop masturbating at least to not get pain in period and when she stopped period come normal not painful as always so I think its good till if she decided to see a doctor if she can't stop masturbating

Merrr, I am going to be blunt.
Masturbation will not affect her ability to conceive, carry and give birth to a healthy baby in the future. However, if she has a medical condition that is causing her menstrual problems, it can and probably will affect her future fertility. If she wants children in the future and/or a healthy (and pleasurable) sex life with her future husband, she needs to see a doctor now when the problem may be easily fixable.
If you think masturbation is causing the problem, what do you think penetration during sex is going to do? It will more than likely be even worse.
Understand some medical issues are ignored out of embarrassment, fear, or ignorance until they cause permanent damage. Even twenty-year old virgins can get cancer, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, etc. The problem may be worse when she masturbates, but it is probably still there even when she doesn't. She may not be quite as aware of the symptoms.
Help your friend by holding her hand and supporting her emotionally and mentally when she goes to the doctor. Do not be the one who holds her back from getting any help she may need.
