    Convicted felon and passports
    Can a convicted felon with charges of class 2 substance and conspiracy of counter fitting and counter fitting be able to get a passport to leave the USA on vacation

    A Passport of a form of Federal ID - yes, you can get a Passport.

    Will other countries allow you to enter? Canada will not. Other Countries will

    Agree, there should be no trouble getting a passport, but the issue will be getting a visa to enter another nation.
