    I have a cleaning compny looking for contracts?
    I'm looking for cleaning contracts, my goal is to bring more jobs to the region.

    Actually you are looking to get you jobs by taking them away from either other cleaning companies ( just nit picking a bit)

    But you find contracts from private people by talking, by handing out flyers, by putting flyers on 1000's of houses.
    You go to shopping centers and put flyers on cars.

    For commercial accounts you visit 10 or 20 business a day every day, selling your service
