    Roommates forced me out!
My roommates forced me to move out of my townhouse but refuse to sign me off the lease. They expect me to pay rent until they find a new roommate, but I don't think that is fair since THEY forced ME out. I moved out on November 10th, 2006 and have continued to pay my third of the rent until now, which is 3 1/2 months. I need advice. I have researched a little bit, but not a lot and really need help with the legalities.

I don't think they had any legal right to force you out of your home, that would be a job for your landlord not your room mates. If you are on the tenency you have the right to live there. But as long as you are on the tenency you are responsible for your share of the rent.
