    I need to know how to lose weight quickly.
    Hey, I'm Arielle I'm 12 years old and I am 5'1
    I weigh between 100-105 pounds. I want to weigh 90. At most.
    How can I lose weight really quickly? I will DO ANYTHING.
    I even started throwing up, but I got off it less than a week.
    It was kind of torture and it made me shaky.
    **PLEASE** Just give me some advice, an idea, a keep in mind, ANYTHING. Just some input.

    To start with 5'1" and 100-105 lbs isn't fat... it isn't even chunky. Its right where you should be.

    My wife is 4'11" and she weights 110 lbs. And that doesn't describe her and she's both shorter and heavier than you.

    If anything you need to exercise... a lot more. A puffy belly or flabby thighs means poor muscle tone at that low of a weight. Few kids today get enough exercise unless they are involved in sports. Plus at 12, you still have what we call baby fat... in the next few years your body will go through changes when that will change.

    Yes, at the most you may have to tone up, not lose weight,

    That is even under slightly correct weights.

    There is no fast way, not magic way, take up a sport, dancing or some active activity, even walking or running.

    I will comment, your post about having your mom buy you diet pill has been deleted, since it is related to this post.

    In fact after reading all of your posts I think you know the real answer YOU> you are depressed, you don't feel good about yourself, So I bet you look perfect for your age, or at most need to change how you dress or a hair style perhaps. At 12 you don't really know how your body is going to end up and as you mature, various parts of your body will begin to change quickly.

    But you don't need pills, you may need counseling to help you find ways to be happy with yourself.

    Next unless you are talking about ones from the doctor, all of those "diet pills" are nothing but fakes, if you don't exercise and diet with them, they don't work either

    So yes go talk to your mom but talk to her about the way you see yourself, talk to her about how you are unhappy with yourself.

    If my daughter said that to me, it would work. I'd have her in counseling so fast, her head would spin. Why won't it work for you and your mom?

    Your mom knows a lot more than you think she does... and far more than you will until you're a LOT older... so give it a shot. She's been you age before... you aren't the first person to feel like that... its been going on since before recorded history. And there are roughly 3.5 BILLION females alive right now alone... nothing you can think of is unique... most of these females have dealt with it or will... not to mention all the ones that are no longer with us.

    The dumbest question you can ever have... is the one you didn't ask when you should have.
