    Shoplifting
    I got caught on tape shoplifting and have a court date I just got another summons for shoplifting one week before that one now I have two court dates. What do I do I've never done this before

    I would definitely get an Attorney - you have been arrested on two counts, on two different days.

    Do you have a criminal record? Where was this (what State) and what is your age?
