    Sales Tax Information
I never knew about this law. When I purchased items over the internet, from Amazon and Newegg they never
Charged me sales tax. But look at this law from Florida. To: Pastor Cliffingham
    From: Florida Department of Revenue

The Department of Revenue has received your email regarding the taxability of a purchase you received in the mail from Wisconsin. If the Wisconsin company is registered with the Florida Department of Revenue to collect and remit sales tax on sales to FL customers, then you should pay the company the sales tax. If the purchase was for the church's use, in lieu of paying the sales tax, simply supply them a copy of the church's Florida Consumer Certificate of Exemption.

If they did not charge you sales tax on the purchase, and the purchase was for your personal use, then the Florida Use Tax is due at the same county rate as the sales tax. You may submit the use tax on a DR-15MO form which can be downloaded at http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/forms/2010/dr15mo.pdf . If the purchase was for the church's use, no action is needed as long as you do have a FL Consumer Certificate of Exemption.

Thanks for the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact DOR at 1-800-352-3671.
