I have been looking for the name of movie. I can remember most of it, here it goes:
It's about a guy that dreams to be a swimmer and then one night after his swim meet, 2 of his friends and him walk to his car and there is a gun planted in the car. Someone that hates the friend has the same car and killed a woman in a drive-thru earlier that day.

The police stop the car and the guys realize there is a gun in the car. One of the guys has a dog with him in the car. The dog jumps out and runs at the police officer, and the police officer shoots the dog. The owner of the dog gets mad, and gets the gun that is planted in the car and almost shoots the policeman, but the policeman shoots him first, and arrests all 3 men.

They all go to prison and one of the men starts being raped and ends up using heroin in the prison. He dies.

One starts to sell drugs I think, and a massacre happens inside the prison, in which this man gets shot and killed by a swat team after he kills the drug lord in the prison.

The swimmer gets out of prison.
