    Purchasing a house in receivership
    I was the highest bidder on a new home where the entire development was in receivership. I have had a contract on the property excepted by the receiver since April 12, 2011. The receiver first told me it would take 60 for the court to review the case. It is now the end of December and they are saying the bankrupt person won't OK the offer? I paid the full asking price from the receiver. Why would the bankrupted person have an control. Huntington National Bank is shown as the owner. I feel like I am getting the run around.
