I took a bad fall and I think I sprained my toe and my foot is swollen?

I took a bad fall a ouple of days ago and I fell so hard my shoes pop off. My baby toe was all swollen real bad and my foot was also swollen and I have sharp pain shooting up my legs a few times now. Did I sprain my toe?
