    Property tax on an apartment in China
    If a person owns an apartment in China, which does not generate income, do they have to pay property taxes?

    Not sure; depends on how the Chinese tax law is written, and since this forum deals exclusively with taxes in the United States, I expect you will NOT be getting any answers soon.
