    Violation Probation
    My boyfriend is currently in jail 2 charges of violation of probation gwinnett county ga. How much time do you think he will get for these charges.

    Let me see

    What was his crime he was first sentenced to. Shoplifting or manslaughter is a lot different.

    How many years probation is he on?

    What are the two violations he is arrested for. Again gun possession or a speeding ticket are very different.

    So there is not even enough info to give a wild guess.

    The charges were failure to appear, and marijuana under a oz. I don't know how many years he is on probation for but his fines are $6000 and the other is $1501.

    Ok, should have been a dentist, like pulling teeth.

    These are the violations,
    What was the Crime he was sentenced to that he is on probation for.

    Also what was he failure to appear for. Are you talking failure to appear for a court hearing ? If so what case, if he is on probation, should not have to appear for it ? ( except to PO and that is not failure to appear as a legal term)

    So how about this, why was he on probation, did he rob a bank? Did he sell drugs, did he run a stop sign

    What type of court hearing did he miss for failure to appear?

    Or was the marijuana his first charge, he did not show up for court and that is why he is on probation??

    If so, what did he do to violate his probation.

    Please we do want to help, but need the facts
