Gas burners not getting gas, pilot light gets gas & comes on
    Day & Night Heating furnace:
The electronic ignition turns on the gas pilot with flame. Pilot light gets gas from the gas valve unit but main Gas-valves do not open up and the gas-burners does not light up with flame on the pilot light?
Any inputs with would be of great help. Thanks!

You may need a new flame sensing device (may be separate, or may use the sparker as a flame senser) or the ignition module may be fualty. I would start by trying to clean the flame senser. If the flame senser does not sense the pilot flame, it will not allow the main burner to ignite.

I noticed that the due to the heat the crimp-lug on the wire that connects to the terminal point of the Pilot-sensor was not making good contact. Now I need to replace the crimp-lug with a new high-temp crimp-lug to make contact with the Pilot-sensor terminal point. I need to find the crimp-lug, had no luck today (12-26-11) as couple of the appliance parts stores are closed today in Orange County. After I fix that then I hope it resolves my problem.

If not, then it could be the 1) pilot sensor itself is bad or 2) the main Gas Control-valve unit or the Controller is bad... I will have to see after I fix the crimp-lug connection to the Pilot sensor
