    Anyone been lucky with calorie cycling/JUDDD?
    Hi guys,

    Going on a diet tomorrow and really thinking of doing calorie cycling as I`ve always failed when faced with really `hardcore` diets such as South Beach, Atkins etc. I`ve got 3 months to lose 10-15 kgs (aprox. 20 - 30 lbs).

    I was wondering if anyone`s tried calorie cycling and has had any success with it?

    20 lbs in three months is possible, but fast weight loss seldom ever stays off. Proper diet, no "fads" with exercise.
    You slowly take off your weight and then you keep it off.
