    Does he want me to kiss him first, or does he want to kiss me?
    My boyfriend is so romantic (what he says) we only hug at the end. When the byes come along he kissed me once on the cheek. He was laughing then came really close, and on the cheek. I want a kiss on the lip. I don't know if he wants me to take the first step or he wants to, but not ready yet?

    Depending on his age, perhaps he is not ready or does not want to. Kissing does not make or not make him romantic, romantic is the way he treats you,
