So anyway my sister would be mean to me and hit me and stuff and the ghost Yes I said ghost one night had hit her with napkins and stuff so I need history on past reports of the home any past owners or renters or deaths marriges no taxes

There is far too many scam and fraud artists out there to give your personal data.
There is no such data files, your parents can look up past owners though the recorders of deed office.

There is no real history or renters or other things on the home.
