What size sub panel is recommend for a new residence requiring 114 Amps
I currently have a vacant lot with only a small storage shed and a carport. The storage shed and the carport have lighting. The property currently has a 200 Amp main service panel on a power pole located in one corner of the property. I am planning on building a new residence near the existing service. I would like to keep the main where it currently is and run a sub-panel over to the new home. The sub-panel will be located about 30'-0 from main service panel. What size sub-panel would I require. I am trying to layout a one-line diagram can anyone give me som advice.

    Thanks

We would need to know all the details of the new residence, to size the service to it.

Need total livable square footage, list of all major electric appliances, size of all electric heat, size of air conditioning.
