    How to turn on a water baseboard heaters?
    We just moved into a condo that has water baseboard heating. I have turned the theromastat on full and no heat, I have opend or closed the valves on the heaters a number of different times and still nothing. Does anyone have any ideas on what I might need to do?

    Need to find out if the zone valve, or pump that supplies your baseboard is working correctly at the boiler. If they are, then you may have to bleed the baseboards of air. Where is the boiler located? Does it serve more than just your unit? If so, I would contact the condo assoc.
