    Is there a statue of limitations on a judgement in Texas?
    Judgement is on a credit card debt...

    No once a judgement is issued, there is no such thing as SOL.
    The judgement will be issued for a number of years ( I can't remember if Texas is 7 or 10 years) but the judgement runs for that many years, but it is easy to renew it for another period.

    So in fact a judgement will often be keep active for 20 plus years.

    People often misunderstand Statute of Limitations laws. An SOL refers to the amount of time until which legal action can be taken. As soon as the legal action is initiated, the SOL clock stops. So as soon as the suit was first filed, if it was within the SOL, then SOL ceased to be a factor.

    The question now is the term of judgment, which in Texas is 10 years and can be renewed at least once.
