Those are transaxle related issues. Some were covered under an extended warranty because of factory issues. Check this first but with the year I doubt. Is the transaxle shifting poorly? If not, I'd drive it until serious issues develop. It could be a stuck solenoid or a clutch pack issue. Transaxle is about $4K.

Depends on if you are in Lower Mongolia... Mississippi, Manhattan or California or North Dakota.

Hourly rates for labor can vary between $20 an hour (less in Lower Mongolia) to over $250 depending on if this is a Ferrari, Bentley, Rolls, Bugatti or a KIA and where.
