I also want to ask about your opinion on this I am an asian who went here in spain. I met this man and we had a relationship he told me that he was single and not married . We were in a good relationship and sometimes talking about having a child so one day we had sex and didn't used any protection I know I can get pregnant that day I told him also he told me that there's not going to have problem if I got pregnant... but then I'm afraid because I know its very possible I get pregnant what we did. Then 2 days before my scheduled period he admitted to me that he has a child and he is separated to the mother of his child they didn't had a good relationship and they are only civilized to one another, I feel terrible when he told me that I know that he is lying everything. I didn't want to had an abortion so I decided to keep the baby... our relationship last after my baby gets 1 yr old then I decided to tell to his wife everything because he was keep on lying and lying in everything. Do you think I did the right thing?? Now he just lost and didn't see us anymore but he was sending us money as child support.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

In the thread you posted, the question was whether there were criminal charges that could be filed. The answer to that is no. You were a willing participant and, while he may have lied to you, there is nothing really criminal there.

As to whether you did the right thing by telling the wife, I would ask myself what did that gain you.
