    NEED to lose weight!
    I am a 12 year old girl, I am pretty short and weigh 145 ish normally but as soon as I eat ONE thing I gain like 5 pounds! My mom said that gaining weigh fast and having trouble losing runs in our family... I really want to lose weight. Myself esteem is so low because everyone calls me fat.. I know that I am overweight and I try to lose but end up gaining.. What can I do?

    Hey kid you don't have to worry about it, all you need to do is maybe be more active or control the food you put in your mouth, but since you're only 12 I suggest you be more active and don't worry about dieting.

    And whatever runs in your family you can fix it.

    First of course you don't gain 5 pounds by eating one thing, unless you eat a 5 lb hamburger, But you do need to look at what you are eating and even how your mom is preparing the food, Is there a lot of salt, fat, oils. Is your mom ready to start fixing better meals. Is your mom and family ready to get snack and junk foods out of the house.

    Are you ready to cut off bad foods and start eating better.

    Are you ready to start a exercise program, perhaps getting up 20 minutes earlier each day and doing some exercise or taking a walk. Plus more when you get home.

    You can fix it, but it will take work

    One year ago is when I also journeyed down a simaler path as you are doing now and came accrossed it. Now a year later, I'm 70 pounds lighter and I have a whole 4 pack of abs showing lol. Good luck!

    I just recently started a program to get ready for my new year's resolution. http://boyels.com is where I read my first review on the product. I must say I pretty satisfied so far. I'm not hungry and in 3 months I lost 36 pounds and still losing about 3 pounds a week. It's not easy though some days I feel half dead lol. But the main thing to remember is to never give up and always remember that while others are sleeping, we are running.
