Go somewhere 2 take classes! Practice your jumps A lot! Make sure you strech before throwing anything! Also condion after. If u aren't flexible I would suggest taking 15 mintues each day 2 strech. Don't try 2 teach yourself any tumbling! Do push-ups to strethen your arm muscels(4 motioons, tumbling +stunts) and make sure you have strong stomach musles! Hope this helped :)
