Ok so there is this movie I have been searching for for forever! I used used to watch it as a kid and let me tell you, it is one tough film to track down. If anyone knows the film I am referring to I will love you forever!

Description: A young girl with brown hair (I remember her wearing trousers and a baseball cap at some point, but I could be wrong). Her mom died recently and her dad writes a comic strip for the local newspaper. He bases the main character of the comic on his daughter (the main character). This gets her made fun of by kids in her neighborhood including this one boy with a longish blonde bull cut. He makes fun of her while she is playing basketball I believe. At some point she meets this girl who becomes her friend and sort of helps her make more friends and at some point makes one of mean kids fall into a pool. In the end, it is revealed that the friend the main character made was really an angel (I think it might have even been her dead mother or something).

I know this is kind of Vague but I tried to be as descriptive as I can with the details that I do remember. If anyone knows this film, please, PLEASE tell me what it's called! Thank you!

Hi me and my friend were talking about a movie we watched when we were younger it's a movie made before 1996 I think and its about a little girl about 4 or 5 at the start of the movie you see kids playing at a park just outside a block of flats when you see a hand reaching out and the girl takes the hand and is abducted later in the film I think they find a bit of the little girls dress and her shoe they found her at the end she's been murdered thanks in advance xx
